Hi! I am Tiffany and I am so glad you landed here! It is truly my greatest joy to help people overcome anxiety and self-doubt. I have years of experience treating the most severe anxiety and helping people discover their true worth.

It is my life’s purpose that my clients feel truly valued. I believe strongly that we all have a set of traits that are unique and amazing. It is my mission to help you discover real practices to stay aligned with this highest version of yourself and know that you are always enough.

I have been a mental health therapist for over 25 years and have always had a passion for helping people calm their anxiety, build their self-worth and create a life they love.

The truth is that talk therapy alone is not enough! And Yoga alone is not enough to heal the wounds we have received in this world either.
We need the right practices together with healing self-study to help us find and sustain the peace we are all longing for. That is why I created Yoga & Psychology. My method blends movement, meditation and self-study incorporating my expertise as a therapist and my knowledge as a yoga instructor and meditation coach, together for an effective, transformative and deeply healing experience to guide you on your journey to true peace and joy!
