I blend my expertise in psychology, somatic awareness, trauma-informed Yoga, and Meditation coaching to help you with your specific goals.
In our 60-minute sessions, we will move, meditate or process depending on your needs. You will leave with a clear plan for self-care and self-study for you to use until we meet again.
